DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia Wide, due to covid we do not ship internationally at this stage.

When will my order be shipped?

All boxes are shipped within 24 hours, we do provide same day shipping if the order is received prior to 1pm

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times can vary all boxes are sent via Australia Post tracking service

Standard Shipping - QLD 2-5 business days, Other States 3-6 business days

Express Shipping - Allow 1-3 business days due to covid this is still the quickest way to send your order.

What is your shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $80.00

Standard Post $9.95

Express Post $15.95

Can I track my order?

Absolutely we offer tracking on all packages, if you wish for the package to be signed for please add this to your comments section otherwise the package will be left in a safe place.

PRODUCTS

Do you accept Returns?

All our sales are final, in the rare event an Item is received damaged please contact us on admin@boxbebox.com.au with your order number and photograph of the damaged item, we will then issue either a replacement or a refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Can I send a personalized message?

Absolutely you can please input your message at checkout and we attach a handwritten card to your box.

Do you include invoices in your packages?

No we do not include any invoices or packaging slips.

How is my order packaged for delivery?

We take the upmost care to ensure your box arrives in pristine condition, the contents are placed into our white gloss gift box with packaging fill, then they are placed into our sturdy shipping boxes with packaging peanuts or bubble wrap.

Where are you located and can I collect my order in person?

We are located between Brisbane and the gold coast, at this time we do not allow collections due to privacy.

 

Your website says the product I want is out of stock do you do pre-order?

Not at this stage but our suppliers are wonderful and usually get us the products super quick so they wont be out of stock for long. If there is something you desperately want to get your hands on that is not currently available send us a quick message outlining what product it is and we will notify you as soon as it becomes available.

Do you offer discount codes or coupons?

Occasionally we do, please join our newsletter to find out more and to be notified first of any discounts we offer.
