All orders are sent out within 24 hours. Boxbe Box utilizes Australia Post with tracking. We offer 2 services Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for orders over $80.00 otherwise it is $9.95 and Express Post for $15.95  Please note due to covid 19 there may be delays with receiving packages please note all packages will be dispatched on time from our end.

PACKAGING

 

We take so much care to ensure all boxbe boxes arrive in pristine condition. All boxes are either wrapped in bubble wrap or placed with packing peanuts, we use our own heavy duty shipping boxes. Addresses and Return addresses are on the exterior of the box plus the Boxbe Sticker. NO INVOICES are included with the boxes.

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

All necessary care is taken when packaging our products for post. But we do understand sometimes items get damaged in transit. If this occurs please contact us immediately please attach a photograph of the damaged item, your order number and full name and address so we can follow this up. We will then converse with you for an outcome that is satisfactory weather that is a partial refund or a replacement product. 

If an item is defective please contact us so we can rectify this issue as soon as possible.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
